Cameron hasn't convinced his party about the importance of the environment: a Conservative Survey puts reducing Britain's carbon footprint at the bottom of the league table of personal priorities for Tory candidates. The policy scored just 8 points against 42 points for reducing immigration, 45 for taking power back off Europe and 112 points for reducing the budget deficit.
